Data Deletion Instructions

Request deletion by email
Email Junaid@almasaarco.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the phone number, WhatsApp number or email address the data relates to, and (for business clients) your business name.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, then confirm by email. If the data belongs to one of our clients' applications, we inform that client and delete it on their instruction.
Business clients using WhatsApp (Al Masaar Connect)
You can disconnect your WhatsApp Business account at any time: in Meta Business Settings go to Integrations → Connected apps (or Business Integrations), select "Al Masaar Connect" and remove it. After disconnection we stop receiving new data.
To also delete the conversations and contacts already copied into your dashboard, send the email above. We delete them within 30 days.
Facebook Login
If you logged in with Facebook to connect your business, you can also remove "Al Masaar Connect" from Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites. Email us if you want any data we already received deleted.
