About these terms
These terms apply to almasaarco.com and to the applications and services provided by Al-Masaar General Trading LLC, Sharjah Media City (Shams), Al Messaned, Al Bataeh, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (licence no. 2645869.01). By using them you agree to these terms.
Our services
We supply new and used garments on a wholesale basis, and through our Digital Solutions division we design, build and operate business software for clients, including integrations with the WhatsApp Business Platform through our Meta app "Al Masaar Connect".
The specific scope, prices and service levels for a client are agreed separately with that client.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for the accounts they connect, for the lawful use of their customers' data, for obtaining any consents required to contact their customers, and for complying with Meta's and WhatsApp's terms and policies.
Clients must keep their login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
Acceptable use
You must not use our website or services for unlawful purposes, spam, or to interfere with the security or operation of our systems.
Data protection
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy (almasaarco.com/privacy-policy).
Availability and liability
We work to keep our services available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the previous three months.
Ending the service
A client may stop using a service and disconnect connected accounts at any time. We may suspend access that breaches these terms. On termination, client data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Sharjah.
